Virtual Assistant Transparent And Easy to Use Service Fee Payment Portal
We charge a one-time virtual assistant training, management, ongoing support for client, and client's access to our video library. This fee is $1,250.
Our virtual assistants get paid $4 per hour which is $160 per week. The client sends sends us this amount using this portal every week and we forward it to the virtual assistant.

If a client choses to pay the $1,350, then the first payment of $225 is due on the day they sign on. The rest of the 5 payments are due a month after the first payment. If a payment of the installment is not received by the end of the month it is due in, the client's VA will automatically lose their access to work with them.

Welcome to our virtual assistant service payment portal! This portal was designed after years of experience in the VA service industry. Our main goal here is to make sure that all VAs get compensated on time for their hard work.
Over the years we have learned that none of the traditional methods of payment like subscription or auto pay work for receiving VA fees. In case of delayed or declined payments a VA's compensation can get delayed for weeks due to the time it takes to resolve the issues at the back end with Stripe or the client's banks. It also takes up valuable time of our clients and our admins to resolve the issues. This portal resolves all those issues.
This portal is like any other shopping cart. Clients just click on the week of month we are in, on Monday morning, and pay for the entire week using their credit/debit card. If the payment is not processed due to some reason, they know right away and resolve it, by either contacting their bank or using a different payment method.
If a payment is not received by the end of the day on Monday, our system automatically disables the VA's access to the client for the remainder of the week. Clients are advised to immediately contact their admin if their virtual assistant does not report to work on Tuesday.
